10 Tips Before You Leave for College

You’ve graduated from high school, spent the summer working and hanging out with your friends at the beach, so what’s next? For many, the first day of college is right around the corner. This can be both an exciting and scary new experience. Moving away from home and not relying on Mom or Dad to take care of you is a huge step.

I’d say the budgeting tip is one of the most important. Maybe an 11th tip might be to not get any of those high interest “student” credit cards. Wish I would have heard that tip way back when
