7 Tips for Stress-free Mornings

Frazzled, in a daze, racing around, forgetful, no time to eat. If any of these describe you during your morning routine I have a solution!

The Positivity Blog has posted a list of 7 Tips to Lift the Stress Out of the Morning. These are simple, quick suggestions to take the chaos and pressure out of the morning rush.

One suggestion is to make your lunch the night before. This seems like such a simple task, but it can make a world of difference when you are groggy in the morning and have no time to spare. It will be worth the few minutes it takes in the evening. Any decisions you can make before the morning time will save you time and alleviate stress.
