Tomorrow, September 8th, at 12pm eastern time, President Obama will be addressing all of the children in our schools. Since this news has broken there has been a lot of controversy over this address. Many parents are concerned that the speech will include political propaganda. This is not the case. The purpose of President Obama’s address is to speak to our school children to encourage them to do their best to succeed in school this year and get the most they can from their education. Isn’t that what we all want?

In order to ease the fears of many and end the controversy, the White House has released President Obama’s prepared remarks for tomorrow’s address. It can be found on the White House website. Check out the speech for yourself. Regardless of your political party affiliation you will see the President’s remarks are positive and encouraging in this unique and exciting event for our children.
