I am Dr. Robert Leatherwood, a retired Professional Mechanical Engineer. I have a lifetime teaching credential (from the State of California) and I have been tutoring math students of all ages for several years.
My educational background includes:
* B.S. in Engineering - San Diego State University
* M.S. in Mechanical Engineering - University of Southern California
* PhD in Engineering Management - California Coast University
My tutoring style is two-fold; concentration on mastering the operations and manipulations required for problem solving ("how to do the math") and secondly, reviewing the applications of math in real life.
